Seals and Sealing Handbook, Fifth Edition ReviewAllright book. I'm an engineer in the biz, and bought this as a reference.
Pretty much, it's a good overview. Just when it starts getting rolling... they move on to another subject. Unfortunate. Nevertheless, it's allright, and you can just search on google to pick up where they leave off (some of the time).Note, they clause everything, with do your own testing. While this is true, it gets old reading that five to ten times a chapter.
The elastomer section was basic, but allright. The sealing types was basic, but allright. I was hoping for more, the penultimate specialized book. I guess I have to keep looking.
