The book itself is on the small side, which makes it fantastick for quick reference and travel. It contains many high quality black and white pictures, as well as basic information including caliber, weight, cyclic rate, ect. It also includes licenced variations and in what country they are used. There is also a diagram section that shows the mechanics behind machine gun operation. I gave this book 5 stars because the author did a really good job at packing this small book with as much information as it can handle.
