Sandra Smith's Review Guide for NCLEX-RN, 12th Edition (Sandra Smith's Review for Nclex-Rn) ReviewThe main reason for purchasing this book was not only to study for my boards, but I use the review texts as study guides in my classes. I am currently in my third semester and these help a lot. The textbook is well organized, with different sections broke down by systems. It will give you a brief explaination on etiology of the discease, but it then really digs into interventions. There are questions at the end of each chapter with the answers located on the next page, however there were not as many questions as I had hoped for.
